Welcome to Gharbaar. These Terms of Service apply to your use of our website and any order you place with us. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

Gharbaar is an online store selling home appliances and related products to customers in Pakistan. Our website runs on Shopify.

2. Products and information

  • We try to show product details, photos and prices as accurately as possible. Colours and appearance may look slightly different on your screen.
  • Brand names and logos shown belong to their owners. Gharbaar is an independent store and is not an official representative of any brand unless stated.
  • Products are for normal household use. Please follow the instructions and safety information that come with each product.

3. Prices

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are the same in every city. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed. If a price is shown incorrectly because of an error, we will contact you before dispatch and you can choose to continue or cancel.

4. Orders

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we confirm it with you on WhatsApp or by phone.
  • We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, the details provided are incomplete or incorrect, or we suspect a fake or fraudulent order. If you have paid anything in advance, it will be refunded.
  • You can cancel your order free of charge before it is dispatched by contacting us.

5. Payment

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. You pay the rider in cash when the parcel arrives. Other payment methods may be offered at checkout from time to time.

8. Reviews and content you send us

If you send us a review, photo or message, you allow us to show it on our website and social media. Reviews must be honest and about your own experience. We may remove content that is false, offensive or unrelated.

9. Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the website, place fake orders, attempt to access it in unauthorised ways, or copy its content, images or design without permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Gharbaar is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website. Our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Pakistani consumer protection laws.
