How does Cash on Delivery work?
Place your order and we confirm it with you on WhatsApp. When the parcel arrives, you pay the rider in cash. No advance payment needed.
How long is delivery?
2 to 3 working days in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi. 3 to 5 working days for other cities and towns.
What if the product arrives damaged?
Send us a photo or video on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement at our cost.
What is the 7-day replacement?
It is our own promise. If your appliance does not work properly within 7 days of delivery, message us and we will arrange a replacement.
Are prices the same for all cities?
Yes. The price you see is the same everywhere in Pakistan. Delivery is free over Rs 5,000; below that it is a flat Rs 250.
How do I place an order?
Add the product to your cart and check out with your name, phone number and address. Choose Cash on Delivery, and our team will confirm the order with you on WhatsApp before it is sent.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge, as long as it has not been dispatched. Contact us or message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched we share the courier details with you. You can also contact us any time for an update.
Can I return something if I change my mind?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging with all accessories. Return delivery is paid by you. See our Returns and Replacement Policy.
How will I get my refund?
Approved refunds are sent by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa within 7 working days after we receive and check the item.
Do products come with a brand warranty?
Our 7-day replacement applies to every product. If a product also has a brand or manufacturer warranty, it is stated on the product page.
